24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at One Salon. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24-hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% off your scheduled service.

REFUNDS & REDOS
One Salon is unable to issue refunds on salon services. We constantly strive for the utmost in personal care to consistently provide you with quality and efficient service. If you are dissatisfied with any service at One Salon for any reason, please notify salon management within 7 days of the service. We require that you return to the salon so the service provider and salon management can inspect your hair. One Salon will make every effort to resolve any issues by scheduling a redo appointment with the designer who performed the initial service, at no charge. If you wish to see a designer other than the designer who performed the initial service, you will be charged for any redo service.
